Return Policy

At Summitt & Shores, each item is made to order through our fulfillment partner Printful. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

However, we will gladly replace or refund items if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item arrives misprinted
  • The item is defective

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
